Dear Chathost/Studio Owner,
We are pleased to announce that in addition to bank transfers (which remain free of Transfer Costs for a further 2 payment periods) and bank checks, we have introduced a new payment method called Payoneer. Payoneer is an electronic wallet that combines with a Prepaid MasterCard. This allows you to withdraw funds from ATM's (cash machines) anywhere in the world. To aid your understanding of Payoneer we have included some Frequently Asked Questions below.
1. I want to open a Payoneer account. How do I get one and use it with CamContacts?
To set up Payoneer as your payment choice, Chathosts should:
1. Log onto your Chathost account.
2. Go to revenue details http://www.camcontac...uedetails.html.
3. In the right hand box you will see the option to modify your payment details.
4. Under "Preferred Payment Type", select "Payoneer".
5. Select "I want to create/link a Payoneer account" URL at the bottom of the page. This takes you to the CamContacts/Payoneer website.
6. Follow the instructions on the Payoneer website to create a new Payoneer account.
7. Once you have finished the Payoneer Registration process, you will automatically be redirected back to the CamContacts payment details page. Here you can see your current payment preferences, and the status of your Payoneer Account.
NB: We will pay you via your existing payment method until you inform us that your Payoneer MasterCard has arrived.

1. Log onto to your studio account.

3. My Payoneer MasterCard just arrived. How do I change my payment method?
Ensure you have linked CamContacts and Payoneer as per FAQ1 and FAQ2. Then, log onto your Chathost account.
1. Go to revenue details http://www.camcontac...uedetails.html.
2. In the right hand box you will see the option to modify your payment details.
3. Under "Preferred Payment Type", select "Payoneer" ensuring that you have your payment frequency and earning amount selected.
4. Click Save.
5. Remember to confirm your new payment details via email.
4. How long will it take for the card to arrive?
The length of time for a Payoneer MasterCard to arrive varies depending upon your location.
Shipping time outside USA (International)
Once your card is approved, it takes 2-3 business days for Payoneer's bank to issue and ship your card. For international delivery, the card may take up to 15-25 business days to arrive, depending on the local mail service. The card is shipped in a white envelope with the return address of Payoneer, Inc.
We do not have access to a tracking number since the card is sent by regular mail by Payoneer.
Shipping time inside the US
Once your card is approved it takes 2-3 business days for Payoneer's bank to issue and ship your card. Please allow 7-10 business days for mail delivery within the U.S. We do not have access to a tracking number since the card is sent by regular mail by Payoneer. Please note that the card is shipped in an unlabeled white envelope with the return address of Payoneer, Inc.
5. Do I have to pay for a Payoneer MasterCard?
The Card Activation Fees is a one-off cost of $12.95. (This will be taken from your account when you load your first payment).
6. How quickly will I receive my money?
Loading Fees:
Standard $2.00 Per Transaction
(within 2 business days)
Immediate $5.00 Per Transaction
(within 2 hours)
For all Chathost who have their details confirmed with CamContacts before 00:00 GMT on Monday morning (payment week), we aim to transfer funds no later than 18:00 GMT Tuesday. When we do the transfer you will get an email notification from Payoneer, this is called a "Good News" email. In the "Good News" email you will have the choice of how quickly you receive your money within 2 hours (immediate) = $5 charge, or within 2 business days (standard) = $2.
For example: If CamContacts pays you $100 on Monday at 15:00 GMT. You can have $95 on Monday at 17:00 GMT or $98 on Wed at 15:00 GMT depending on your choice of transfers.
7. My MasterCard has not arrived yet, what happens to any money send to my account
You will still get the "good news" email to confirm money has been sent to your account. The money will be held by Payoneer until your card arrives. As cards can take up to 25 days to arrive, if you would prefer we can send you the money via Bank Check or Bank Transfer while you wait for your account to be activated.
8. What charges are associated with my Payoneer MasterCard?
Please check your Payoneer account for the latest information. An indication of fees at the time of publishing is included below:

This is the fee for non-US residents; it will be taken from your first payment.
Loading Fees
Card Standard $2.00 Per Transaction

9. How do I apply for my Payoneer MasterCard?
You can only do this by logging onto your Chathost account and selecting Payoneer as a payment option, this will automatically link you to the Payoneer website where you can apply for your prepaid MasterCard.
