We are contacting you today as an SMPay cardholder. As you know, last week SMPay cards were disabled for all cardholders. We apologize for this service interruption and are working to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Currently SMPay is unavailable as a payment method.
We are currently in the process of retrieving ALL remaining funds on ALL SMPay cards and will be applying these balances back to your Streamate account. If you had a balance on your card, this WILL BE returned to your Streamate account. As soon as these funds are returned to your Streamate account, we will reissue payments to whatever payment method you select. Please log into your account and change your payment method as soon as possible. We hope to issue payments for these unused funds as early as next week. If you have changed your payment method already, you do not need to do anything further. The funds will be applied to your account and paid out on the regular payment schedule.
Rest assured any unused funds on your card are safe and will be paid out. We appreciate your patience, and please contact us with any questions you may have.
