Кто то выше писал, что скоро появится возможность выводить деньги с паксума на крипту, так вот - не появится.
Вот ответ поддержки паксума:

Due to reasons beyond our control, withdrawals to Mastercard are no longer available, following Mastercard's announcement that cards issued by Russian banks will no longer be supported by its network.

In the meantime please be advised that you are able to transfer funds to a bank account or Mastercard under your name that is opened/issued by a bank from another country.

Сегодня вывел 100$ с паксум на бинанс, все пришло в течении часа.
Сейчас вывожу 500$, жду зачисления, как придут - отпишусь тут
