Девочки, как быстро приходят деньги со стрима, сколько обычно дней ждать, пока на пионер их перечислят? зп уже пришла за прошлый период?

У меня на рее проблемы с этим долбаным W 8BEN - сделала все как на странице 117 тут расписано - не приняли    кто-нибудь недавно заполнял эту форму - HELP please!!

Девочки, наконец-то! : в 6 графе действительно нужно свой ИНН писать. На этом все!)

 я уже в отчаянии, 4 раз отсылаю и всё никак(...

Мучаюсь с формой W8, уже 3 раза отклонили, live support не может объяснить, что я пишу неправильно. Помогите пожалуйста с заполнением. Вот как пишу :

1 Name of individual who is the beneficial owner - Имя Фамилия
2 Country of citizenship - страна Ukraine
3 Permanent residence address (street, apt. or suite no., or rural route). Do not use a P.O. box or in-care-of address. - Улица номер дома. квартиры
City or town, state or province. Include postal code where appropriate. - город, область. код
Country - страна

Country - это не заполняю
