Update the show to complete after you finish with the customer by going back to your console and clicking the orderID link, it will take you to a page to choose complete or cancel and push update, after we charge that authorization you will see that order in your stats "all unpaid" on your main menu.

When you login ALWAYS leave the console open, if it does not open push Launch console, and then you can minimize it but do NOT close or you will be logged out of the site. When somebody says they bought a show, first thing you have to do is look at the List Pending Orders, if you don't see the order there, then put the person that told you to do the show on IGNORE.
Important Note: we will never send you email with attachments, delete all mail with attachments that looks like it comes from our domain. DO NOT OPEN ATTACHMENTS
Your account is now active, When you log into the site you will be on the Online page of the site (the first page) and when you log off you will be on one of the offline pages. Please only login when available, and log out when you are not available.
Purchased Show Procedure:
1. When somebody purchases a show, and his or her credit card is accepted go into your login at https://secure.xxxca...rmers/login.php and Check your console for a pending order to make sure the order is really there, and somebody didn't send you a fake email confirmation, (Never do a show that you don't first see in your pending list) Click the order number link in your pendings and Look at the receipt carefully.
Notice the clients "First Purchase Date" and their customer status NEW, STANDARD, SUSPICIOUS or REGULAR Customer Status is as follows:
FIRST ORDER TODAY: Means this is the first time this customer has bought on our website and they need to be checked thoroughly, make sure to trace their IP address, make sure if they claim to be in the USA that they actually are and don't type with an accent (pay attention to how they word things, you can tell) Make sure their yahoo name matches the nickname they put in the order, make sure they aren't using a woman's name, this will happen a lot with stolen credit cards. Be very cautious with first orders, they could very easily be fraud and if found to be, we will not charge the credit card, and you will not be paid for the order.
New: Means we have less than three months history with this customer, please check the first purchase date, and trace their IP address to make sure they are where they say they are in the world. http://goetool.servehttp.com
Suspicious: This person is VERY new and has used multiple credit cards, and or addresses, be very careful with this customer, cancel this order immediately if Ashlee is not available to check him out.
Standard: Means this customer has been buying for more than three months and is a medium risk.
Regular: Means this customer has been buying for more than one year and is a low risk.
