Your document will be reviewed shortly. For the verification to be finalized you also need to submit the following documentation:
1. One more (different from the already sent one) photo ID, such as:
- International Passport;
- Driver's license;
- Voter card;
- Military ID.
You can upload this in Profile Settings >> Identity Confirmation.
2. Proof of address issued in the last 6 months (with your name on it), such as:
- bank statement;
- card statement;
- utility bill (cable bill; phone bill; Internet bill; electricity bill; running water bill; gas bill);
- ID document with address;
- Public Authority issued document.
Upload this in Profile Settings >> Street Address Confirmation
The Paxum MasterCard is not automatically sent to you just by opening the account, you have to apply for it.
To apply for the Paxum MasterCard your account needs to be verified and you need to receive a payment from a Business Account holder.
After you receive the mentioned payment you will be associated with the payroll of the company that sends it, regardless of the transfer amount, and you will be able to apply for the Paxum Prepaid Card within the next 24 hours.
You can only send and receive funds from other Paxum Account Holders and/or withdrawn them by WIRE, EFT, Paxum MasterCard, External Card.
