В ответах ливовского c/s много воды и лишних слов, а по делу мало( пользуясь случаем, выражаю огромный респект camcontacts, успокаивают как могут..

I just got off the phone with epassporte, they tell me as of right now they HOPE to have this resolved today or in the morning. This may be an inconvinence especially for those of us who keep our money on the visa card. However this should be a lesson learned..once the money hits your account.. withdrawl it that same day.

To all Inoveo Studio and Models,

As many of you may have already heard, Epassporte lost its relationship with VISA on September 2nd, 2010. We have been informed that all funds on Epassporte VISAs are currently frozen and cannot be accessed.

I understand that Epassporte is the main payment method for many of our studios and, as such, would strongly advise you to update your payment method to Cheque or Wire. This will allow you to continue receiving your Inoveo payments as scheduled.

To change your payment method, please email me directly at: [email protected].

To make sure you do not lose any money, we will hold all Epassporte payments due to go out on Tuesday, September 7th. We will hold the funds until Epassporte resolves its situation or you give us a new payment method. This does not affect our studios who are not using Epassporte. All payments by cheque and wire will be made normally.

We are presently looking to open a Payoneer account. If this is something you would prefer as a payment method, or if you have other suggestions, please let us know.

Studios are vital to our business and we will do anything that we can to accomodate you during this unfortunate situation. We will be flexible to ensure that you get your money as quickly as possible.

Вот это переворот... Вернулась после отдыха, а тут такая ж...а с епасс. .Благо суммы там никогда не держала больших а сразу всё снимала до копейки. Кстати, так и думала,что когда-нибудь случится с епасс то,что сейчас имеем. СС то можно выводить трансфером а вот с ливом чё делать??куда мне эти чеки,блин, не хочу я с ними заморачиваться.

П.с.
Всё таки, чую, что всё наладится и епасс разрулит ситуацию.Возможно,поэтому Лив пока не кипишует или может чисто по...й им до нас..

Вот на одном форуме вебмастеров писали-- сегодня ровно как 2 недели фильм в прокате. и только $708,646 собрал. а бюджет был 20 лямов.
как бы сейф у епаса не спиздили...

чо-то слабо верится, что фильм имеет хоть какое-то отношение к делам епасса.
и потом, ну хоть убейте меня, 20 лямов для серьезной компании - ну не настолько большие деньги.

максимум, обидно, что не отбились.

опять же, если бы фильм заряжали в рассчете на кассовые сборы, набрали бы звезд на афишу. а тут чисто так, себя потешить, типа капустник.

Теперь в Wallet Settings по умолчанию стоит только Wallet. Visa Virtual Account убрали из опций.

по ходу, ему сказали, что деньги в безопасности, проблема с самой системой карточек виза интернейшнл. или нет, скорее, что их банк отказался работать с епассом, а не виза.
ну, тупо по догадкам.

И вроде банк сказал ему, что они продолжают работать с VISA...

В банке ему сказали чтобы он связывался с Ипассом, а Виза сказала что никого никуда не отключала и что Банк кинул Ипасс.

Знать бы техническую разницу между Валлет и Кард, находятся ли деньги в одном банке. У Визы договор с Банком, у Банка с Ипассом, то есть списание со счетов Ипасса в Банке.

Если бы кидок был явным, деньги свободно ходили бы между Кард Аккаунт и Валлет, какая разница как гонять цифры. Получается что Ипасс не может контролировать то бабло которое относится к Кард Аккаунт, то есть контролируется Банком. И траблы есть между Банком и Ипассом, а не Ипассом и Визой.

Как то так.

не, а по-моему, банк сказал ему, что не виза отказала в сотрудничестве, а сам банк разорвал контракт с епассом. и как этот чел мог говорить и понимать, если он и пишет по английски не очень? на гоуфаке переводчиков к этому гонцу не прилагалось?
