Your funds would be credited back to your ePassporte account on 8th
business day from the date of transaction, if the Bank does not settle the
transaction. However, the outstanding transaction could also be dropped
within 24 hours, if you can contact the Bank and send us a Fax with the
following details.
1. A signed statement on Company letterhead clearly stating that the Bank
will not attempt to settle the transaction.
2. Your Name.
3. Last 4 digits of your Visa Electron Card.
4. Date of the Transaction.
5. Amount of the Transaction.
6. Authorization ID/Code of the Transaction.
Please ask the Merchant to send us a fax at +1.310.564.1751.
NOTE: The outstanding transaction would be dropped within 24 hours from
the date the fax is received.
Furthermore, we suggest you to kindly submit the following listed
Documents to proceed further, if the Bank settles the transaction.
1. Completely filled in Dispute Form.
2. A Copy of ATM slip of the disputed transaction.
3. A Copy of your ePassporte statement highlighting or circling the
disputed transaction.
Please select "Upload Documents" on the left side of the screen in your
ePassporte Account to find the requested documents. We advise you to use
"Upload Documents Tool" to upload the requested Documents as informed
below.
1. Click on the "My Account" tab, near the top of the page.
2. Click on "Upload Documents", located on the left-side navigation bar.
This will take you to the document management screen.
3. Scan the completed form and your valid government-issued ID onto your
computer. Please note that there is a 1.5 MB file size limit for uploaded
documents. We advise submitting the documentation a either a .JPG or PDF
file. Zip or Rar files are not accepted.
4. For each submission, select the document file on your computer using
the "Browse' button that you will see associated with each document
request.
5. After selecting all of the documents that you wish to submit, click the
large orange button titled "SUBMIT DOCUMENTS".

You may also scan the requested documents and email them to our Account
Verification Department at

You would receive an update within 2-3 business days from our Account
Verification Department after the documents are received and reviewed.
