Всем привет, вообщем такая ситуация с этим paxum в выходные не могла вывести на их карту с 17 ноября, решила не ждать и вывела на Тиньковскую в пн 19ноября быстро, открыла тикеты с вопросами почему выдает ошибку и не могу перевести средства 2 дня: их суппорт ответил мне только 20 го :
Please allow a 24 hour window from your last withdrawal attempt, and then re-initiate the transfer request at noon time
но выводить уже нечего и еще плюсом прислали вот такое письмо :Following additional compliance requirements, to which your account is subject, we kindly ask you to provide the following:
- A photograph of yourself holding your Local Passport and another one holding your International Passport. Please make sure that the photos are of high quality, that the document is placed next to your face and that the hand with which you're holding the document is also present in the photo you send.
- The purpose of your account. The reason that you're receiving/sending funds to said accounts (what services do you provide and/or receive; what goods do you sell and or buy; what's the nature of the relation you have with the senders and/or receivers).
Please comply with the specified requirements in 30 days time, to avoid having your account limited. Also note that you can always reopen a ticket from the message center of your account.

Просили ли они у кого нибудь еще раз документы подтвердить?
